By accessing or using DealDan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of Service
DealDan is a social video platform that allows users to share short videos, reels, and stories. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Content Policy
You retain ownership of content you post on DealDan. By posting content, you grant DealDan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
5. Business Accounts
Business accounts are granted additional features including the ability to upload reels and stories. Business accounts must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Any deals or offers posted must be accurate and not misleading.
6. Coin System
DealDan uses a virtual coin system for in-app purchases and AI services. Coins have no real-world monetary value unless specifically redeemed through our withdrawal system. Purchased coins are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7. AI Services
DealDan provides AI-powered audio tools including text-to-speech, speech-to-speech conversion, and audio isolation. These services are provided as-is and require coins to use. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- • Post spam, fake, or misleading content
- • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- • Attempt to hack or compromise the platform
- • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform
- • Post content that violates intellectual property rights
- • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
10. Limitation of Liability
DealDan is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to DealDan in the past 12 months.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of DealDan after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
